Description of duties
Architects Mosher Drew is seeking candidates for a PROJECT ARCHITECT (PA) position. The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect that will demonstrate project leadership and support established vision and direction of the firm, leading client satisfaction and project staffing implementation. The PA has responsibility for successful development of projects, including design, technical and financial performance. This is a full-time position. Compensation is dependent on experience.
Performance Expectations
- Management of small scale and/or multiple projects, including client, consultant and internal team coordination
- Responsible for project success factors, including financial performance, design excellence and client satisfaction
- Determination and oversight of project staffing assignments and project deadlines\
- Resource to the client for business relations on a weekly basis
- Participation in business development, business operations and/or management of project quality guidelines
- Responsible for project information, graphics and photography
- Staff mentorship
Requirements
- University Level Degree (minimum)
- Work experience of 8 years (minimum)
- Current Professional License
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Revit and AutoCad capability
- Graphic software capability (preferred)
- Business software proficiency
- Eligible to work in the US
