SAN DIEGO STATE UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE SQUARE RENOVATION

College Square at San Diego State University provides additional classrooms for the SDSU College of Extended Studies as well as Starbucks and retail spaces on the street scape. The re-imaging included removing a portion of the building to create an entry courtyard and a trellis for the entry. The storefronts were replaced and a sidewalk seating area for Starbucks with shade trellis and pedestrian friendly colors, finishes and textures.

The major interior functional plan accommodates modern flexible classrooms with technology and audio / visual systems for the College of Extended Studies.
